Today, November 14th, marks a truly momentous occasion: ENVINTO’s 1st Anniversary! This milestone is particularly sweet because it represents a year of intensive innovation, significant growth, and the unwavering dedication of our entire team. (For those who know our history, this day also honors our two-year corporate journey!)
We recently pressed pause on our busy schedules to come together—our onsite colleagues mixing seamlessly with our remote employees—for a special program designed to celebrate our achievements and define our future. It was a fantastic day of connection, reflection, and setting ambitious targets.
The program began with a collective moment of reflection. We celebrated the successful completion of ENVINTO’s first year, looking back at the major project milestones, the challenges we successfully navigated, and the continuous learning that has dramatically shaped our team’s capabilities. It was inspiring to see how far we’ve come together.
The celebratory spirit then took a delicious turn with our traditional cake-cutting ceremony. This moment, always a favorite, symbolized the sweet success we’ve earned through collaborative effort and marked the official opening of our anniversary festivities. Laughter and camera clicks filled the air as we shared this special moment as a unified team.
At ENVINTO, growth is built on transparency and active listening. A crucial, pre-planned segment of our anniversary program was dedicated entirely to collecting employee feedback.
